I would like to show my gratitude towards the way they handled the complaint which I had about a particular employee. Really appreciate the immediate response from Queen and sterkinekor for the way they replied and promised they will follow up on the the person which I have complained about. Queen the Manager attended to my complain with urgency. She contacted me telephonically and told me she received my email and the person will be called in. She apologized and really emphasized the values which Stekenikor is governed by and getting that assurance from her was really amazing. Once i again. Thank you. Keep it up.
