BAD SERVICE

On the 02/06/2013 my wife and I went to go and watch the 17H45 show of Ironman 3.
We booked the "love-seat" in the back row.
They seat was disgustingly filthy, instead of being blue in the fold it was brown and torn.

AS the movie started we realized that the center speaker was faulty as the voices where scratchy,

The quality of the film was pathetic as there where black marks appearing on the screen.

After 15 minutes we walked out of the movie and I went to one of the counters and entered a complaint into into one of the wireless complaint keyboards.

I received an email from Sterkinekor on the 04/06/2013 with reference number 24083.

I sent another email on the 07/06/2013. A Lynette replied on the 10/06/2013 via email and promised to phone me, as yet no one has contacted me.
