Ridiculous Service

I would like to make people aware of the service from this place! I phoned the owner Ericka to hire 4 jumping castles for a Saturday. A week before I phone her to ask if everything is still in order for the following weekend and I ask her to send me a quote in order for me to know exactly what to pay and to what account (I received no response). The Thursday I phone her again to ask if she can send me the quote in order to pay the correct amount, she then says that she is busy driving, she will send me a quote as soon as she is done driving but ensures me that the jumping castles will be delivered at 2pm Saturday. 2pm on Saturday I phone her to ask if they are still going to deliver, she says at 5pm and I need to pay R1400.00 otherwise they will not deliver, I then make the suggestion to do an EFT the following day before the come fetch the jumping castles where she turns it down and say they are not delivering the castles anymore! I think it is very unprofessional and then after me (The client) suggests an alternative, she still turns it down after asking for a quote for 2 weeks!!!
