No product knowledge and stinking attitude

Pathetic service @ SK boardwalk, cashier has no product knowledge and an attitude instead of inquiring from colleagues, I had to inquire @ Gateway mall to be assisted with redeeming an e-voucher. When I came back to her to show her that these vouchers do work, she still had the nerve to be about it and say "well, I didn't know about them" _pathetic and rude!
