Is anyone at work today?

I have been holding on for 30 mins trying to get some sort of assistance. My DSTV has been off since I got home this evening!!! None of my scheduled recordings were recorded during the day!!!

Not once have I missed a payment, yet this is the thanks you get for being a loyal subscriber.

"Rumor Has It" Adele is the only consultant who showed up for work today... at least she had the decency to sing to me for 30 mins.

1. Am I going to be compensated for the airtime consumed during this torturous exercise?

2. Am I receiving compensation for the lack of service (which i pay R695 a month for)?

I seriously hope this does not fall on deaf ears.

It is now 22:28pm and still NO DSTV!!!
