Charged Twice for Tickets

I went to the Cresta Cinema on Sat 6th July to see the mid afternoon show of Laaste Tango.
I used the self service ticket booth to buymy tickets. Right at the end of the transaction (after inserting my card and entering my pin.
THe machine gave an error, something along the lines of, the basket is empty. The transaction was cancelled.
As I was in a rush I went through the process again to obtain my tickets.
After the movie I spoke to a staff member who said I should Contact SK in the week.
I have done so using thier website. But have had no response.
I have in fact paid twice for some movie tickets and would like to be able to get my refund.
