DS TV not working

On the 28/09/2013 i paid my DS tv account the amount of R540 .00, i phoned the same day spoke Lerato and advised of the payment, she explain to me that the Dish will be connected immediately after 20 minutes i phoned again and still it was connected. I phoned again 2 times using the number 0792068351 but no one could assist me with the error message i received from the screen.

I phoned them again on the 30/09/2013 and spoke to Nonjabulo and he told me that i must take my dish to the nearest branch and i explain to him that i don't have time as i am running my own business and working at the same time.

Can someone call me back to sort this issue out / can I get my refund as i paid for something that I don't even use.
