Terrible attitude towards customers

I cannot believe the terrible "service" I received from the management of Rietvlei Zoo farm. When requesting a legitimate refund, I was told they don't do refunds and was hung up on. Thereafter was told to off when I phoned back! Eventually got my money back, but no apology - the woman in question just hid in the back office even though she knew I was there - and got her subordinate to refund me. Never hosting a party there again!!!
