May I just say that YOUR Computicket Sea Point in Checkers is the WORST and most PATHETIC service i have ever encountered. Firstly they had no idea that Metallica tickets needed to be exchanged and reprinted because of venue change, secondly you never informed the customers of change in price (an increase in price) and the fact that the people you so call 'employ' to work behind the Computicket desk have absolutely NO idea what the they are doing. She then decided to not give me my change which was needed and so i went back into checkers, after looking through my purse for change for the parking, she then decided to give me a look that i am wrong. It is a disgrace that i can do their job better than them and that it took 3 people to figure out what needed to be done on your Computicket computers. IT WAS SIMPLE: PRINT OUT NEW TICKETS FOR VENUE CHANGE..THAT SIMPLE!
