I pay for my DSTV account monthly via EFT, Three times Multichoice has decided to cut me off although I've made a payment then they have the nerve to tell me on their statement it reflected as a late payment hence an additional charge of R50 per occasion dating back to AUG 2012!! Are you kidding me a year later you want to bring this up!!?? This has accumulated to a 150 Rands that I'm not willing to pay! I'd rather burn that money! I don't care how multichoice does their banking in my opinion its set up to extort customers just because there is no competition. R50 for what? to click on a button? There will come a day when competition arrives, they will have SKySport where i can watch every tournament of rugby on earth that day I'll rip the DSTV decoder and satellite right out to the dumpster where it belongs. No wonder you people are driving for debit order details so you can have free reign on customers accounts. Good on Naspers on reaching R1000 a share but if its done via its a immense shame and poor reflection on your companies ethics. I'm Perplexed at your level of customer abuse.
