HD PVR Re-Booting whilst watching Box Office Movie

I understand that the HD PVR occasionally re-boots itself for updates, etc - but why does it have to happen at 21:00 on a Saturday night and worse of all in the middle of watching a box office movie?!? When the deoceder came on the movie was still available but as we were half way through and there is no "start from where ended" option I had to Fast Forward to get to where we had ended! Come on DStv - you are better than this! Any options to prevent this or could you look into the option of "resume where ended" like on the recorded programs on the PVR?
