I bought my tv in 2009 from bears and that's where I acquired My tv licence. My tv was then in 2010 and I reported it, I also informed mbd as that's who the sabc handed me over to. For some reason it seems that people at mbd and sabc don't do their jobs properly as I keep getting the same calls and my bill keeps going up, I thought the point of paying for a tv licence was if you owned one so why do I still get people calling me and asking me to pay the outstanding R1500, seriously? These people I speak to don't make notes and don't send proper communication to relevant departments otherwise this would not be happening.
