I have complained numerous times, still no working WALKA, promises made numerous times by Multichoice to correct problem and escalate problem to relevant departement. None of these promises was kept, now Multichoice don't even reply to my complaints anymore. What do I need to do to get proper service out there, I pay for these, but that doesn't even help. The USB cable supplied by your agent to charge my WALKA is incorrect it doesn't fit into the WALKA. It most probably got lost under the table when all components was scattered there for more than a week, I got the wrong box. I supplied the agent with a box with all components of the WALKA and I want a box filled with all the CORRECT components back. It is almost like I have to repeat myself numerous times, but Multichoice don't care about their customers, all Multichoice care about is money!!!
