Bought explorer. The R2 500 unit doesn't work. It constantly reboots itself. The so called customer services actually causes more frustration than any assistance. They are obviously not trained on this product. They fail to identify the root cause. You spend atleast 10mins for each call because of mandatory verifications and transfers but still no solution or proper diagnosis.

What a waste of money. Greatly disappointing!
