This is getting RIDICULOUS!!!

We had our account cut off a few at the end of August for a few days. After e-mails and reply's on Hello Peter our account was put back on, but the reconcilitation of our account has not been done. Our administrative assistant spent a few days reconciling accounts as far back as Feb 2011. This morning she got a call from Mhlangabezi Ngwane saying that our account is in arrear and we must please provide him with the account numbers of the other DSTV subscribers from SU, so that he can see what's wrong. Firstly, it is not our job to reconcile your payments for you. Secondly, it is not our job to find the other account numbers for you, you can do it.
And now he says the fact that our DSTV has been turned back on is not right because we still owe money.
We have tried to get in contact with supervisors, but guess what??? Please leave a message...

Can someone that knows what is going on please get this sorted out.
