Poor service and abuse

I've always been disgusted by the service at shoprite u save but tonight was REALLY DISGUSTING.!!! My understanding of a Security guard is that they are the people that are responsible to maintain the peace. Shoprite in Thokoza Unit F does not seem to agree with that as we were Assaulted by the security guard who pointed his finger to my forehead and continued to push me, attempted to hit me and continued to punch my brother in his face when he was coming to my defends. It all started when he comanded us to take out all the stuff we had just purchased out of the grocery bag and put it all on the FLOOR. I told the "Security guard" that I've been coming to the store for YEARS and NEVER have I been told to do that I am not going to start NOW. I did not at ANY Point refuse him to do his job but he just Felt the need to abuse the little Power that he has and show us "who the boss is". He then proceeded telling us that we are FULL OF AND WE DONNOT KNOW HIM! He refused to give us his name and the Manager did seem to care to acknowledge the security guard's actions! The Staff members had to calm the security guard down as he was still fighting us! I AM LOST FOR WORDS! UTTERLY DISGUST
