Extremely bad experience

On 06/03/13, my husband, myself and my daughter visited Gold Reef City. We stayed in the GRC Theme park hotel. The next day we arrived at the gate, security did not want us to enter. I told them we stayed in the hotel the previous night. The guard at the gate looked at me with disbelieve as if I was lying to them. One of the security guards asked me where my receipt was. I said I did not have one, as we stayed in the hotel. He told me that we were not allowed to drive around and enter at this entrance. Eventually they let us in. I have never seen such a bunch of unfriendly people in my life. At 11:15 only some of the rides were operating in the kiddie's park. Four of the rides were not working because of maintenance. We spoke to the manager our total dissatisfaction of what we experienced; he wasn't very helpful at all. He gave us a customer complaint form to complete. At no stage he apologised for our bad experience. I'm sure that the form I have completed was thrown away after I left. We spend a lot of money at Gold Reef City, staying in the hotel and in the theme park, for that the least you expect, is good service and a good product, we did not get either. (Letter shortened)
