This man R4200 of my money and apparently does this on a regular basis. He's also a habitual. I've been to the police three times to lay a charge of against him, only to be told that I had to claim from Smalls Claim Court. I have now successfully got a judgment issued against him but I wonder how he can still carry on doing what he does without the law getting involved. He's BAD NEWS!!!
