Never Gave us back DVDs we returned by mistake

We incidentally returned DVD's that belong to another complete different DVD Supplier. After 3 days we got an sms from the original supplier that we have not returned DVD's. We then went to DVD's @ Carlswald to request the DVD's back but instead they gave us an attitude saying they don't know where the DVDs are. They even threatened to call securities for us. i have never seen such a Supplier who treats customers in such a manner. they never gave us the DVDs. i mean we all make mistakes but they actually so a chance to the DVD's.
