No refund, no services

I bought myself, tickets for the R KELLY show for the 9th August 2013, at the Soweto stadium, The price was R2122, which includes a park and ride ticket as well. To my disappointment, i was not sure what and how this whole park and ride works, I called the call centre and was explained in detail, and assured that the last bus will leave at 17H30 from the mall to the venue, only to be informed by a security guard at the mall, that the last bus left at 15H30 ON THE DAY THAT THE CONCERT WAS.I make enquiries to computicket about refunding my money and has spoken to 3 people who still are coming back to me with a responds.

The services is pathetic and i will not recommend it to anybody else, the Company Computicket is just there to received people's hard earn cash and disappear as they have, since i last spoke with them.
So i wish i can swear at your for the right reasons or worse wish your revenue will be short by 2.2 billion every year or wish you the CEO is reading this and just realized how upset i am, how this will affect you in time to come.
I need my money back please.
