A PARTY SPOILER!!!

Do not use Mamma Bear Mascot for any entertainer/mascot hire [URL Removed] it is a total rip-off from an end product or service point of view and administratively. We have 50 guests that can act as references of our experience!!! 1

After we have booked (pay a deposit) more than a month in advance for 2 x mascots they make a last second cancelation of their "entertainers" on the Wednesday 3 days before our party. Then after we have explained to them the implications they agree to assist with only one entertainer. Pitch up 20 minutes before the end of our party, late (party 10:00-12:00, they arrive 11:40)! A lot of our guests have already left. We were are utterly embarrassed in front of friends and family by their "service" in all aspects of the word. The mascot looks terrible, the entertainer did not do anything did not even enter the premises stood in the parking area, R875 for 10 minutes... we paid for 30 minutes.
Even though they acknowledge there lack of service they do not make any gesture or attempt to refund our money.
