Bad Birthday Party Experience

Brave Hawk is my favourite restuarant. All special occasions we are there.
My daughter wanted her birthday party there so I booked and I stipulated that I wanted to be positioned by the window, to enable the parents to have a view of the playground area but also not be subject to the elements.
I got there at 10:45 for 11:00. I told the lady that we were there for Angelica's party. I was led to where I had asked for but the tables had cold drink on which were being drunk, generally used. It was someone else's party not mine. I called for help again and then was led outside into the extremely windy area. Everything was blown around. I complained only to be told they would try get us inside but we would have to wait. This happened -40 minutes later. Only at 12:20 did everyone get something to drink. I had to tell the waiter -6 times what the kiddies wanted to eat and when the food eventually came 2 children had to wait another 10 mintues for their pizzas while watching the others eat. The waiters were also scarse so parents had to wait long periods to order I have never been so embarrassed, what must these parents think of me and my choice of party venue, I am very upset about this
