Poor organizing at kids party venue

Had a kids party arranged over the weekend, suppose to be booked at a certain time slot. We arrived on time however there were no tables available due to another party leaving late. Table was only ready a half hour later. All guests and kids had to hang around until then. The manager could also do with a PR skills course on how to handle clients. Not impressed, would not go again.
