It is yet again that I have to raise a complaint about Unisa and this is becoming extremely tiresome. Just over a month since my last complaint. While we have now resolved the registration issues, Study guides are still outstanding. Telephone numbers at Unisa are also useless as they are not attended to and what is the point of this. Why are people not answering telephone calls or they just being left to tire out? Why are study guides late? Did you not receive the money I was asked to pay? Was my payment late? Are you going to help me catch up if I fall behind or give me concessions? Then why are you giving me poor service? This level of service is unacceptable and needs to be addressed as soon as possible. This cannot go on and people cannot be ignored like this. You are wasting our valuable time and money!
