In terms of our arrangement text messages

I am so fed up with FNB. I owe less than R 200 on my overdraft, and I am receiving text messages stating they are going to deduct X amount off in terms of our arrangement?? Are you guys mental?
No one at the call centre knows what I am speaking about, as there is NOOOOO arrangement on my account. Yet I have been "paying" back for years now.
I want to know what is going on and why are you planning on taking more money that is actually due???
