Sunday morning 11am my wife and i took my son to your establishment and received the worst service ever! My wife is on Discovery Medical Aid and we decided to sign her and my 2yr old son up for the Ster Kinekor vitality service. Manfred is the person who assisted me (he was also the ONLY person on duty and there were at least 7 customers lining up behind me!). Till now i am still confused as to what i was charged for as he didnt seem like he knew what he was doing. First he charged me about R188 (apparently this was for my sons vitality card and x3 tickets) which was wrong as shouldnt my son have been free (kids between 2-something free?!?!), and my wife shouldve been R25?? Ok then it turns out he charged my wife full price as well, so then the transaction was reversed (i still have not been refunded???) and i was then charged about R144. Please call me and explain as Manfred could not, all he could do was mumble words.
