Pathetic Service in MVG Lounge at Sibaya

I can confidently say that I have never been more appalled and disgusted with service and attitude than I have at the MVG Lounge in Sibaya over this long weekend.
It is most ironical that you would experience this in what is deemed to be a designated area for the "Most Valued Guests".
My experience unfolded when I accompanied my father to the lounge for a meal. Much to our dismay it took 50 minutes before our table was even cleaned from the previous customer's utensils. During which it took 4 desperate attempts to request assistance from any of the staff.
Over and above this, the most insulting part of the whole ordeal was watching my 67 year old father be verbally abused by a waitress. In a situation where he should have been the one hauling words of discontent he was actually on the receiving end from the waitress!
Further to this, the general atmosphere in the MVG lounge left much to be desired for. Frustration was clearly on the faces of all patrons.
It really is very sad and disheartening to have witnessed the deteriorating state of a Sun International service especially since the success of Sibaya Casino was and will be mostly dependant on the satisfaction of its patrons.
