3D out of focus, complained twice, not fixed

I went to watch Pacific Rim on Saturday morning, the 09h05 show at East Rand Mall.

The movies is in their cinema number 1 and in 3D. Although displayed in 3D, the 3D was out of focus. It seemed like the focal point (I assume) was setup incorrectly, as objects in the distance were blurred/double vision, and when the camera angled moved from left to right or vice versa, objects seemed to change position in the foregorund and background of the subject being focused on.

I pointed this out to a 'projectionist' on two occasions, the first time I was told it would be fixed. The second time I was told 'everything is setup correctly, the only way to fix it is to get technicians out to rectify it' which apparently couldn't be done right away. I therefore had to watch the movie like this.

This is also not the first time I have had this type of experience at East Rand Mall. I do not know why they can't get it right but Greenstone and Irene can.
