Ster-Kinekor
No feedback/Response at all

I went to watch Skyfall on the 29th December 2012, when I got there they informed me that the air- was working, i thought ok it wont be so bad, went in the cinema and it was extremely hot, on top of that the entire movie was out of focus.
I was disgusted that they even let people watch the movie like that, i told the guys at the cinema and they tried to focus the picture and it made no difference at all.
I logged a complaint with Ster Kinekor the next day and got the automated response, a week later no one replied so i emailed them again, they said some one will contact me, no one did, i logged/emailed them again and to this day no one has replied.
This is the worst service ive ever received and you guys just don't seem to car, it saddens me that i have to complain on HelloPeter before any one responds.
