Incompotent staff

Installed dstv. Phoned customer care to activate. Was told by staff that it is connected and only have to pay end August for august and september. I even had a credit of R200. This mornong I got a message that my subscription has been cancelled to to connetion fee after I was told that the amount will be deducted end August. I am very vurious and disappointed. I do think the staff are incompoptent. They don't know what theyt are saying and don't record on computers.
