Online Self Services Holiday Card Connection Fails

Hello Peter,
DSTV fails to correct their online self-service for reconnecting ones holiday smart card. This has been on-going for more than 2 months.
Their alternatives are not convenient: phoning the call centre takes at least 8-12min on my cell phone; e-mail takes more than 3 days.
