Poor Service Delivery at Aqua Restaurant

We recently went there for a family member's birthday dinner... so we were naturally looking to spoil and spend and have a great time... that unfortunately did not happen as the service was slow and upon receiving our main meals, only half the order was received at a time!

The two members who received their meals had certain ingredients missing from their meals (it was a vegetarian teppanyaki which was meant to have Tofu and Bak Choi but was sadly missing both!), and the members naturally waited for everyones meals to arrive before they started eating... as most families like to do. Unfortunately, by the time the other meals did arrive - which was merely because we had a word with the manager on the floor - the two previous meals were stone cold and had to be remade... forcing us to wait a further 20 minutes! This is now the second time we have received this type of service from Aqua... very disappointing considering the amount we pay at the end of the evening!
