I emailed [Email Removed] on 02/04/2013 to have my subscription cancelled as i am fed up with DSTV's poor service. It took them a week to reply with case no:3296594. After numerous emails and complaints my DSTV subscription is still active and the fees are automatically debited from my account via debit order. This is insane! The agents who reply to my emails don't seem to care and i have to fit the bill for it! Worst service in SA! I want a refund!
