3D Clip on glasses

I have made contact with the nu metro customer care department on the 27 June 2013 to find out if they have any of the 3D clip on frames available. The operator said that they were out of stock and had ordered a batch and would keep me informed about this order. I have made contact with them AGAIN today the 24 July 2013 (a month afterwards) and they still dont have any frames in stock and did not keep me informed as they would have. I find this highly unacceptable as one month has passed and no efforts has been put in to receive some 3d glasses, they could have made a plan and borrow some between other branches or something?
