Sterkinkor TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

To whom this may concern.
Please note that I am extremely disgusted with the level of service at your Richards bay branch. I am a consistent and loyal sterkinkor customer and I have visited many of your different branches. Never have i come across such poor service until now.
1. The Catering section is always full with a long queue even though there are 3 tills empty. Note: this is not based on one occasion but many.
2. But that isn't even the tip of the ice berg. The branch has not had Large popcorn box's for two weeks or so!!! whose problem is that --- Its advertised on the board and i want it because it is cost effective. I always have the Large combo and now the tiller tells me that I can only have the medium. I advised her that I want the large and that she give me two med box's perhaps. This was then refused point blank.By this stage I was already late for my show and just took what i got and left.
WHAT TYPE OF MANAGEMENT DO YOU GUYS HAVE??? Why can't they think for them selves and either order box's before they run out or improvise with what they have.
Sterkinkor is known for there extreme quality of service and it seems that Richards bay boardwalk is slipping
