Failure on delivery of prize won

On 11 April 2013 I received a sms stating that I won a 19 piece knife set. I had to call and claim my prize which I did. I was told that I needed to pay a delivery fee of R120 and then fax them proof of payment with my reference number on which they would then forward my prize within 4 - 14 days. I did all that was required but never received my prize in the set time. I have phoned numerous times and either they did not answer their phonelines or if they did answer the person would tell me that they would phone me back which they hardly did. I have spoken to Sam, Marcha, Debra, Ferai (spelling might be incorrect), Aprechia, Gladys and Antonia. Till to date I have still not received my prize and in the meantime I have received another sms stating that I once again have won the same prize to which I of course have not responded. So in fact I am due for two prizes
