Useless service!!!

Trying to cancel subscription. Call centre keeps one on hold forever while they spew garbage about good service, and they never answer. Try to do it on their webpage, no luck. They must be one of the worst companies in South Africa, arrogant, useless, their fat cat bosses should be shot at dawn!!! Totally useless and abusing the public with high fees and re-run after re-run programs and movies!! Pathetic!!!
