Unpleasant stay

I spent my 4 year anniversary at the Cabanas over the previous weekend and I have always traveled and stayed at Sun City but I was very unhappy after this last stay. There was an over flowing sewage drain that I was not happy about, it was right by our room and the stench from time to time was very unpleasant!! This is extremely unsafe for the kids running around and to see and smell lying around was not what I would expect from Sun City. It is ok for a drain to have a problem and to be fixed as these things happen but this has been there for week's maybe months and I am sorry but when I am paying the rates I am paying to stay in Sun City this is not acceptable! Another problem we had was that our phone was not working and when we plugged it In it would not work so every time we wanted to make a call to somewhere in Sun City we would have to walk to reception and ask at information and on two occasions I had said that our phone was not working but i was obviously ignored. I have pictures of the drain and the sewage and would like to forward them on. In a whole I was not happy paying for a weekend at Sun City that I expected would amazing and I was very let down! there is more..
