Where am i in the queue after 30 mins

I have been dialing 021 5082222 since yesterday and have made four attempts. each time I am number one hundred and something in the queue. after being on hold 30 mins each time I hang up. I have no idea how far I have progressed in the queue after 30 mins. Am I next or have I only gone from 115 to 110? Please enable a regular count so that we know if there is any progress on the call.
