Made a financial loan to SADF WC

I was called and asked to pay for plain ticket for a judge at a dance competition. I paid R1150 into their bank account. It was promised to be paid back on last day of the competition, then by the end of that month and it is now 7 months later and I am still fighting to get the loan back. No response after I sent an email last week asking it to be paid back in 3 installments.
