Why advertise if you cannot deliver consistently?

DStv advertised a function of the PVR - available on the Entertainment page (old DStv Catch-up) where you can watch TV episodes or Sports highlights for example: Revolution, Game of Thrones, Carte Blanche, Vegas, CSI, Blue Bloods and the list goes on.
The episodes are available for a week until the new episode airs; this new episode was available very soon after air time.
The last program uploaded was Blue Bloods which aired on Thursday, 6 June 2013. This episode expires 13/06. After this there is no new program available. This is NOT the first time it has happened.
Now I'm not going to call the Callcentre only to be told that I have to reset my decoder first, then go through a few Menu settings and after a lot of frustration, be informed that I have to go to a Multichoice Centre to swap the decoder because it is faulty...
This is not an end-user problem.
GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!! YOU SHOULD DELIVER ON WHAT YOU ADVERTISE - OR SHOULD THE CPA BE BROUGHT INTO THIS?
