Cannot believe this Poor Service Delivery

We decided to get DSTV and bought the PVR Decoder on the 1st of June at CNA. We had to get everything installed. Already had a satellite dish... So the guy phones us and tell us that we didn't tell him that we bought a PVR and we have a big TV... I'm fuming as I'm typing, because it is our responsibility to tell them what they might encounter. To make matters worse, the guy said he'll come last week Friday. We phone him, no he'll come on Saturday, on Saturday he puts the phone down in my ear. So we phoned in and were told it will be installed today... Guess what they didn't pitch again. I'm contemplating giving the DSTV back! Their service delivery is unacceptable and I'm not impressed. So over it!
