Services cut once month

For the last 3 months my services are cut every month end then I need to contact them and each time it shows that the amount has been paid and then the account needs to be re connected which I suppose is not the end of the world but very irritating as it does waste time especially as I am an account payer who is always on time or even pays before the cut off date as I appreciate the fact that recons need to be done etc, so the thing that I try and avoid has now happened for the past 3 months, Can someone please assist and let me know if this situation has now been sorted!
