Why must I pay for YOUR upgrade

Just received a letter from DSTV that they changing to a new satellite or something and I need my dish re-aligned for HD services AT MY OWN COST. I pay a subscription for the service, and my HD service works just fine. If you want tp change satellites or whatever, YOU pay for the upgrade to my system. Dont make this my problem!!! I am sure my view is shared by all subscribers.
