Ude staff now at the movies

I went to the movies on Monday and went to buy a slash puppy from the counter, the lady at the till was very rude, firstly i requested for all flavors to be put into my slash and i even offered to pay extra for them, she than started giving me attitude, i never said anything than when it came time to pay i left my card on the counter for her she ignored it and still said how you pay i than told her to stop giving me attitude and she started shouting at me and calling the manager saying or i cant deal with this customer listen to what this thing is saying to which the manager stopped her told her to walk away as she was wrong and shouldn't speak to customers in that tone. the service is really dropping and there are no rules in place. with people like that to serve customers i would rather Wait for the movies to come out in the store. hate bad service.
