Still no feedback already a week later

I have logged a complaint on 23/05/2013 07:38. It is already a week ago. Still haven't received any feedback from my previous complaint. If I don't get feedback soon I want my R25 paid for box office account back and are never dealing with it again because they just don't respond and me as customer see that as unacceptable.
If you want to give service do it don't play around. Getting very fed up!!
