Hired equipment not delivered

I hired a clear frame tent and green carpet for the wedding, I paid him full amount. On the wedding day Sbonelo delivered a wrong tent and he never even bothered himself to call me and report that he has delivered a wrong tent so that I would arrange with the person who will do decoration. Secondly he did not deliver the carpet. Two day after the wedding I called him complaining about the service, he said he'll get back to me. Now he doesn't answer my calls when I call him.
