Wouldn't refund R700 wrongfully charges

I went to play putt putt with some colleages. The cassier swipes my card for R700 in stead of R70. We played for 2 hours and even after that it wasn't sorted yet. They gave a phony excuse saying they first needed to fill in forms and complaint and will only resolve this on the Monday. This happened on a Sunday afternoon. They kept saying they first nees to sort out the system but the money was already on the system and we asked if thu can give u they cash back and sort it out in their own time coz keeping the R700 was unacceptable. They refuses to do anything until the monday and i had yo give them all my details. Really dissapointed with this Golf Course. Wouldn't recommend it because of our incident.
