Lack of competent staff and security Red Hot Chill

The service supplied by Big concerts seems to be deteriorating with each and every event. there is no one around to assist you and direct " traffic" within the stadium. There is no queing, no one making sure that things are done in an orderly manner. People running down embankments, people pushing gates off hinges... what are you waiting for Big Concerts a stampede and casualties??? and then the big question How Did this happen?
You cannot leave 80000.00 people to their own devices especially when so much alcohol is being consumed. So disappointed in service provided.
