I recently got cut off! There excuse is that they forget to put off my decoder at the end of December. Somebody phone me in April and say that I have been suspended because they forget to switch it off. Now my decoder was on only for six days and they cut me off! There excuse is that somebody forget!! Then in April after one big fight, the incompetent woman in the accounts department ask me for the PROOF OF PAYMENT FOR Nov! Why only she will know? They are a bunch of 's that only want to my money and can not sort out my problem 'cause its always someone else that phone me; nice to pass the buck, huh? I still waiting for them to phone me after 3 weeks and counting no reply, useless as always quick to collect, but slack to respond!
